The Laffing Lady Sounds Familiar

I don't remember her from my visits to Meyer's Lake as a kid yet her laugh and look is so familiar to me.

Is this really the Laffing Lady, a remnant from Canton's old Meyer's Lake Amusement Park that is now on display at the McKinley Museum, or is it a robot version of my mother-in-law?
