It's Spring Break so I'm sharing some guest blogs this week.
Patrick Guanciale leads the leading real estate gurus in Licking County and on his second stint as Chairman of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce.
His recent column titled "Gen Xers Lead Housing Recovery" is a must read. This Gen X'er had to check out Pat's take on Gen X housing preferences.
I'm at the old end of the Gen X generation, but I'm watching the younger of my generation mirror what Pat says. One couple I know (She was a college intern for me. He is a long-time acquaintance.) is moving from D.C. to Columbus. They have pre-school age kids. They had a choice where to live and work and chose a suburb in Ohio. No surprise.
