It's all a primer leading up to Kotkin's visit to the Buckeye State in August as part of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce's Annual Dinner and a Licking County Workforce Summit. Enjoy.
Joel Kotkin, in a March 2011 piece in the Wall Street Journal titled
"Why North Dakota is Booming," concludes, "Thankfully, this kind of sensible thinking is making a comeback in some other states, such as Ohio and Pennsylvania."
I suspect we'll hear something about that too.
