It's Aerospace Week: Feel the Impact, Ohio

Directly, the Ohio aerospace, aviation, and defense industries employ over 100,000 full-time people.  The indirect impact, that created by spin off demand in other industries, is even greater.

The Ohio supply chain is more than 1,300 suppliers (Boeing has 500 of them alone) and is spread all over Ohio.  Every single Congressional District can boast aerospace and defense industry suppliers.

It's National Aerospace Week 2012 and I'm writing about the industry here in Ohio all this week.
