As a Steelers fan, I was hoping for a tie in Super Bowl 47 (Yes, I stopped using Roman numerals). Why would I want the hated Ravens to win? Why would I want to see the 49ers tie the Steelers for Super Bowl rings?
When the power went out in the Super Dome, I have to admit thinking how great it would be if they just declared the game a tie and went home.
No such luck.
