Employment BTE vs. WTE
Watching employment and the Ohio Civilian Labor Force Estimates, the measure is always this: Is it better than expected or worse than expected?
Today's release is a BTE.
Compared to March 2012, the March 2013 numbers are better. In Licking County, there are 300 more in the labor force, 800 more in the employed column, and 400 less in the unemployed column. All good.
If the trends continue to remain up from last year, Licking County could see record high employment levels. That would be a BTE for sure.
