Red Tape, Harder Than Asphalt
This was a little sad to read, but it might be true.
Forbes' columnist Tim Worstall wrote a piece today that pointed out the progress that is being made, notably by Google, with driverless car technology in the United States. He bemoaned the reasons that it still may be a while before we all get to ride in one had more to do with red tape than with technology or asphalt.
Worstall opines, "It’s a common enough theme around here (Forbes) that regulation is the major brake on economic development at present."
Red Tape. Harder than asphalt.
