Three Chinese companies have explored locations in Licking County in recent months.
Could the tends predicted by many, including Boston Consulting Group in 2011, be coming about?
Here's how it goes:
The working age population of China is beginning a decline. At the same time, the Chinese have grown their middle class. The result is that the Chinese will be exporting less in time.
It also means Chinese companies will look elsewhere to grow their manufacturing capabilities.
